Description
Payment Terms:
- Refundable Deposit Amount (upon booking confirmation): 30%
- Settlement of Remaining Balance: 30 days (4 weeks) prior to arrival
- Free cancellation is accepted up to 4 weeks prior to the group’s arrival
- Cancellation Fee 30 to 3 days prior to the group’s arrival: 30% of the booking cost
- Full cost if cancellation is received within the last 48hrs
- No show: Full charge will apply
- Packages can be transferred to a different participant
- Any payment differences that occur from the package transfer must be settled between the participants on a private basis
